Welcome back to my blog.

Following my party blog 1 from Tuesday, today I will go through some of the party dresses available from high end British Designers starting with:

Burberry – Long-sleeve Ruffle Detail Lamé Dress £1495 A long-sleeve dress in light-catching silver lamé woven with silk. The ruffle detailed design is cinched at the waist for a feminine silhouette.

Stella McCartney – Virginia Red Lace Dress £1765 Intricate cotton lace dress featuring crew neck and asymmetrical hem. Long sleeves with double lace overlay and midi length.

Alexander McQueen – Black Embroidered Evening Dress £4675 Embroidered evening dress featuring a crystal diamante embroidery on the cuffs. The dress has square shoulder with V-neckline and draped detail on the skirt with an invisible zip fastening on centre back. Also in red.

Vivienne Westwood – Johanna Dress Red Roses £545 From Andreas Kronthaler’s Autumn/Winter 2017-18 collection, the succulent red Johanna Dress comes crafted from a luxurious blend of viscose. Delicately draped and twisted at the waist point, this mid-length dress features bracelet length sleeves and is finished with the stunning ‘Old Roses’ print. This dress is by far my favourite.

Victoria Beckham – Navy V Neck Midi Dress £750 This is a midi-length dress with t-shirt sleeves and a V-shaped neckline. Made from soft crepe, it has been delicately embroidered with navy overlapped sequins for a smooth finish.

Temperley London – Red and Gold Rider Dress £625 was £895 Glamorous, the claret and gold Rider Dress is shaped into one of the key silhouettes of the season. Featuring a pheasant feather and flower petal-inspired print, this stand-out filcoupe silk chiffon style is a subtle nod to Autumn ’17’s whimsical English woodland theme. Temperley London has a sale on many items, worth a look.

Amanda Wakeley – Midnight Blue Satin Stripe Midi Dress £537 was £895 Deep midnight-blue fabric drapes fluidly down the body, contrasting with the oversize kimono-style belt and silk chiffon statement sleeves. The asymmetric handkerchief hemline and exquisite hand-crafted tassels adorning the body mean this dress is anything but ordinary. Standout at winter events this season in a dress that brings drama no matter the occasion; add fuchsia heels and a statement lip for a theatrical entrance.

Zandra Rhodes at matchesfashion.com – Field of Lilies dress £2000 Exclusive to MATCHESFASHION.COM, this bottle-green silk-chiffon The 1973 Field of Lilies gown is part of the Zandra Rhodes Summer Collection, and is decorated with a tonal-green and bronze multi-motif screen print, emblematic of the designer’s original experiments with calligraphy and handwriting. The flowing shape is anchored by a deep V-neck and bronze oversized bow sash at the waist.

Christopher Kane at net-a-porter.com – Metallic ribbed-knit midi dress £1195 This dress is guaranteed to turn heads. It’s rib-knitted to ensure a smooth, contoured fit and has a holographic foil coating.

Hope you enjoyed these dresses, please don’t forget to check my High-street party dresses for the festive season – party blog 1.

Next Tuesday, Party blog 3 will be about festive shoes and bags to wear with your high street or high end dresses.

Love,
