Fancy baking something easy? And tasty? You should try these cheese puffs, not many ingredients required and they are ready in around 20 minutes.
- One puff pastry sheet
- 100g Feta Cheese
- 2 eggs
In a bowl crumble the cheese and add an egg mixing until you obtain a paste.
Cut the pastry sheet in half, length way.
Spread the cheese paste onto the pastry sheets.
Roll the pastry.
Beat the remaining egg and brush the pastry rolls. Then cut the rolls in small squares.
Place each square on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes until golden brown.
Best enjoyed warm but you can save them for later and eat cold.
